1시간 이상의 장시간 힘든 운동은 혈액에서 단기간의 변화를 일으키고, 정규적인 지구력 훈련은 지속적인 영향을 미친다. 일반적으로 달리기나 다른 형태의 운동들은 빈혈 등의 혈액 질환과 관련이 없다.

달리기가 혈액에 미치는 영향

일시적인 영향들
